Sweet and Sour Kielbasa
2 lb links of Polska kielbasa 2 bottles Kraft sweet and sour sauce 2 jars maraschino cherries (no stems) 2 cans pineapple chunks
Slice kielbasa into 1 inch chunks Place kielbasa into crock-pot, cover with sauce Add cherries (without syrup – save this for later!) Add pineapples – one can with syrup, save the other can of syrup Stir together the ingredients in the pot Gradually add some of the cherry syrup, and some of the additional pineapple syrup, until you have the color and consistency you want in the sauce (it will thicken a bit when cooking) Cook all day on low, or for several hours on high This is great as an appetizer, or served over rice as a meal!
